Bottom Dollar String Band

With the release of their debut album, Appalachian Stars on Raw Copper Records, Bottom Dollar String Band is cutting a new path in contemporary bluegrass music. Entertaining audiences of all ages since 2011 they are earning a reputation for fusing old time instrumentals with contemporary bluegrass and beyond! The album is packed with original songs that tell stories of whiskey, romance, life and death along with a few covers and features excellent musicianship from start to finish. The band has honed their live show on recent tours of Texas, New Mexico and Colorado while performing more than 130 shows in the past year for audiences ranging from 50 to 3000 people and has shared stages with MilkDrive, Whiskey Tango, Front Country, Green Mountain Grass, Wood & Wire and Whisky Shivers just to name a few. Bottom Dollar String Band plays bluegrass from the hills of Central Texas.
