14. February 2009 I Spit Ashes do their first stage performance ever. The band, consisting of 5 musicians and totally opposed characters show in a secluded barn in the snowy Tauberrettersheim what burns on their souls: Metal 2.0! Unconsumed, innovative Metal - excitingly orchastrated and fired off to the crowd with an incredible stage performance. 27. March 2010 In Spring 2010 the band releases their first demo-ep "State Of The Art" on their own, including the single "World On Fire", which soon rose to the band anthem. October 2010 The first step to fulfill their dream comes true. I Spit Ashes supports Dark Tranquillity and Insomnium on the "Where Death is most alive tour" and gain a lot of attention. 2010 - 2011 I Spit Ashes doing some serious damage live on stage - with: e.g. Neaera, We Butter The Bread With Butter, Farewell To Arms, Hyrax etc. June 2011 Finally, after one year of songwriting, 10 tracks for "Inhaling Blackness- Reflecting Light" are selected and recorded in legendary Kohlekeller Studios together with owner Kristian "Kohle" Kohlmannslehner 25. December 2011 I Spit Ashes are able to gain some big record labels over and decide to release " Inhaling Blackness - Reflecting Light" via Massacre Records, the legendary German record company February 2012 The band is the official ODS Saxon European tour support on the German leg. Summer 2012 I Spit Ashes share stages with bands such like Suidakra, Orden Ogan, Dark Funereal, Eisregen, Debauchery, Cripper and many more... 24. August 2012 "Inhaling Blackness - Reflecting Light" shows up in stores worldwide Winter 2012 I Spit Ashes hit the Stage to promote "Inhaling Blackness - Reflecting Light" supporting Bands such like Lacrimas Profundere, Deadlock, Crematory, Staubkind, Postmortem and many more... 24. August 2013 One year after releasing "Inhaling Blackness - Reflecting Light" I Spit Ashes are coming up with a special anniversary celebration. The song "World On Fire" was re-recorded and presented to the fans as free download. 24. December 2013 Having spent the last years on writing new material and diverse preproductions as well as shows with e.g. Emil Bulls, Ektomorf, Crematory, Illdisposed, Lay Down Rotten, German Comedian Bembers, Deadlock, Maerzfeld, Wolfchant, Drone and numerous of the best German underground acts, I Spit Ashes release the official video clip for "Error Concept I" taken from their highly acclaimed debut " Inhaling Blackness - Reflecting Light" The whole year 2014 seems amazing right from the start. Hitting stages with long-time mates Winterstorm as well as the "Franconian Bastards" mini tour with Defy The Laws Of Tradition & DieVersity in the first half of the year are leading to shows with Knorkator, Grave Digger, ODS Saxon, Vroudenspil and many more in the second.
