Hi! I'm J GRGRY. I'm a queer artist born and raised in Seattle, living in Los Angeles, where I've been writing and recording songs at Henson Studios in Hollywood and The Woodshed in Malibu.
Musically it's like The Police meet St. Vincent.
Lyrically it takes on LGBTQIA issues like mental health and family separation while always focusing on positivity and LOVE.
DIY touring actively. Played everywhere from Key Arena, with The Killers and Portugal The Man, to SoFarSounds living room shows, to festivals like Bumbershoot and Rifflandia, to bars/clubs + teen centers.
Samsung used my song eFlower in an incredible ad campaign for one of their mobile gear watches, in South Korea, and I also write songs for other artists and projects.
