About I4NI

Bio
The group was founded in 1996 and originated under the name CWB, or aka “crazy white boys”. The name came about due to the original founders grew up in, or around, the urban/poverty stricken lifestyle. It’s not a white power thing, we’re NOT racist, and although we were accepted by our black family and friends the masses outside of that still considered us wannabes and wiggers which we were not, we are a group who grew up in urbanized environments. We feel that being “urban” and from a poverty stricken home have neither race nor color; it’s who or what you were born into. The group grew to become semi-successful and just so happened to of built a brand, which was anticipated to have been a great idea to grow a fan base. The idea was profitable, from a business perspective, selling music and merchandise. However, the brand escalated as more fans or followers began to embrace it as an identity. The brand took off around the nation and until the social media put a face with the growth, the group had no idea people were using the CWB brand as a means of glorifying negative lifestyles. The individuals who of “claimed” ownership in the name where only out for their financial gain and moved the CWB name in whatever direction they felt was most profitable. The negative growth was unstoppable, and the group had to depart from the name CWB as a local band.

In 2006 I4NI Incorporated was founded by one of the former original CWB members, Robbie Phillips aka Stump. By 2012 Stump joined forces with another former CWB member, David Stevens aka David Ray to form the collaborated music group I4NI, but also what is currently known as the label I4NI Entertainment. I4NI was shaped by many loyal members who helped build the foundation to the movement we have today. Now with the addition of Jon Conner to the family the group is complete. We can proudly say that youth may not go to church to listen to a pastor preach but they will listen to the sermon we deliver via our music and spoken words. Its more then selling music, it’s about reaching our listeners and teaching them as well.
