The Bayou Saints represent the new sound emerging from New Orleans. A sound defined by influences from all over the country and all over the world. They effortlessly combine rock, jazz, funk and americana country with the original songwriting of Matt Clark and Arsène DeLay to create a unique genre-defying New Orleans sound.
Malik Clark is a talented, young singer songwriter from Oak Park, Illinois. He started out singing when he was five-years-old. At the age of eight, Malik played the drums at his grandmothers church. By 14 he was in a music group with a friend called Glitch. Music has proved to play a powerful role in Malik's life. It is what he lives for and loves sharing it with others and motivating anyone with it.
