Khrophus

Founded in 1993 in São José, Brazil, Khrophus becomes a legend of extreme music by executing an authentic, brutal and fast Death Metal.

In 1993 was released their 1st demo tape entitled “Khrophus” and in 1998 their 2nd demo tape “Tribulations” puts their name in evidence in the Brazilian scene, also enabling the production of the first album in 2003. Entitled “God From the Dead Images”, this one was promoting by an extense list of gigs around Latin America with greats of extreme worldwide scene. Adriano Ribeiro (Guitars), Alex Pazetto (Vocals and Bass) and Carlos Fernandes (Drums) releases the “Symbols From Death” EP in 2008 and then produces their 2nd CD entitled “Presages” in 2009. These albuns has secured very good reviews from the specialized media around the world and successful tours in Europe and Brazil, putting the name of Khrophus once for all in the international metal scene.

Celebrating 20 years of foundation, the trio releases in 2013 their 3rd CD called “Eyes Of Madness” bringing the 10 most brutal and violent songs of Khrophus. The band is promoting this album by touring for the 3rd time in Europe, also playing in a lot of gigs and some of biggest festivals in Brazil.

Fundada em 1993 em São José – SC (BR), Khrophus tornou-se uma lenda da música extrema, executando um Death Metal autêntico, brutal e veloz.

Ainda em 1993 é lançado seu primeiro registro com a demo tape intitulada “Khrophus”, e em 1998 a demo tape “Tribulations” coloca o nome da banda em evidência no cenário brasileiro, abrindo também as portas para a produção do seu primeiro CD, em 2003. Intitulado “God From The Dead Images”, esse full lenght foi divulgado por uma extensa agenda de shows pelo continente Sul-Americano, ao lado de grandes nomes da cena extrema mundial. Adriano Ribeiro (G), Alex Pazetto (V/B) e Carlos Fernandes (D) lançam o EP “Symbols From Death” em 2008, e em 2009 produzem “Presages”, o segundo CD do Khrophus. Estes materiais garantiram ótimas críticas da mídia especializada em todo o mundo e turnês bem sucedidas pela Europa e Brasil, projetando definitivamente o nome Khrophus no cenário internacional.

Comemorando 20 anos desde a sua fundação, o trio não tira o pé do acelerador e lança em 2013 o 3º álbum, “Eyes of Madness”, contando com 10 músicas inéditas, ainda mais diretas, brutais e violentas. O aguardado CD está sendo amplamente divulgado, levando o Khrophus para a sua 3ª turnê na Europa, além de diversos shows e grandes festivais no Brasil.
