Great show! Sauce Boss is alway entertaining! Would see him again and again!
The venue could do a better job with the tables and chairs. Some tables way too small for 4 people.

The whole show was fantastic! Bill was energetic, engaging and very entertaining in every way. His compadres, Extra Sauce, on drums and second lead guitar were super talented and really locked in with every one of the Sauce Boss' songs. Bill Wharton has been tearing it up for many years, and sure hasn't lost a lick yet! Long may he wave! A Tallahassee institution!
As a side note, the venue was also excellent with a good selection of craft beers and a great atmosphere. And the gumbo cooked up on stage was amazing as well! A great night in Apalachicola for anyone who showed up... and there was a fine crowd! Funky, swampy blues vibe at it's best!👍👍👍👍👍

Great first set from the Sauce Boss, Bill Wharton, and Extra Sauce. Bought his book and an Old School CD. Bill autographed it for me. Liked the Venue and was pleasantly surprised the Bradfordville Blues Club lives on at the American Legion Hall.

About Sauce Boss
Sauce Boss not only plays slide, sings his tamales off, makes gumbo, and feeds everybody… he also plays a drum kit with his feet. “You take that 53 Telecaster, pump it through that 48 Fender amp, add a bass rig, mix in some drums, all simmered down over some funky swamp blues, and smothered with gumbo, and you got a recipe for the largest one-man band on the planet.”
The Sauce Boss has cooked gumbo on stage for over 200,000 for free. He mixes his spicy slide guitar with his Liquid Summer Hot Sauce right into every night's performance of his own gumbo recipe. It's a multi-sensory soul shouting picnic of rock and roll brotherhood. And at the end of the night, everybody eats.
