HATEMATTER – Brazilian Power Death Metal A procura minuciosa por texturas sonoras buscando criar um Metal agressivo e que preservasse a melodia era o objetivo inicial do Hatematter. Tendo bandas como Carcass, Nevermore, In Flames, Soilwork, At the Gates, Iced Earth, Hypocrisy e Candlemass como referências, a demo “Meagering in Vain” foi um período de estudo até que os músicos se sentissem confortáveis e aptos para entrar em estúdio e gravar o álbum de estreia, “Doctrines”. Seguiu-se então a pesquisa de temas que tratassem de situações cotidianas, principalmente ligadas à política e o ateísmo, para ir de encontro ao estilo musical adotado. “Doctrines”, gravado no Norcal Studios (SP) e com produção de Brendan Duffey e Adriano Daga, foi lançado em novembro de 2012 e destacou as faixas “No Conscience”, seu primeiro videoclipe, e “Left Hand Of God”. Com o primeiro objetivo alcançado, em 2014 a banda entra novamente em estúdio e lança o álbum "Foundation". O novo álbum foi gravado também no Norcal Studios (SP) e com produção de Brendan Duffey, baseado na obra de ficção científica de Isaac Asimov (Fundação), tendo o primeiro single "The Plan" lançado no começo de 2015, mostrando um amadurecimento natural da banda. Agora com nova formação, a banda passou 4 meses em estúdio ensaiando para a Turnê do novo Álbum que foi iniciada em dezembro de 2015! Their influences range from Carcass, Nevermore, In Flames, Soilwork, At The Gates, Iced Earth, Hypocrisy and Candlemass. Their demo "Meagering in Vain" was a try out period until the musicians felt comfortable and apt to went into the studio and record their debut album, "Doctrines". Their lyrics talk about day-to-day life, linked with politics and atheism, meeting the musical style. "Doctrines" was recorded at Norcal Studio (SP) and was produced by Brendan Duffey and Adriano Daga. It was released on November 2012 and highlighted the tracks "No Conscience" – their first video – and "Left Hand Of God". Reaching their first goal, the band once again went on studio in 2014 to work on their new project, ¨Foundation¨. The new album was also recorded in Norcal Studios with the production of Brendan Duffey and it was based on the fiction novel by Isaac Asimov (Foundation). The first single of the new album, ¨The Plan¨, was released in 2015, and it showed the hard work and maturity of the band. Now, with a new formation, the band spent 4 months in studio practicing for the ¨Foundation Tour¨ that was iniciated in december 2015!
