Pity the Foo Formed in 2013, Pity the Foo, cover 20 years of high energy, in-your-face music by the greatest modern day hard rock band, the Foo Fighters. Their eight studio albums, having sold over 30 million worldwide and winning 11 Grammys so far, provide a rich catalogue of songs for Pity the Foo to crank up for Foo Fighter fans all around the San Francisco Bay Area. Hailing from the East Bay, PtF came together when founder Richie Cassell was looking to play more than popular top 40 music. His love of hard rock and melody led him to form PtF with some of his band mates from the hard rock cover band The New Originals. With a few member changes over the last year, PtF has been able to achieve the loud, raw sound of The Foo Fighters and bring that sound to Bay Area audiences.
