DJ D.N.A

Denis Pohjansalo aka Dj D.N.A is one of the most multitalented DJs in Finland at the moment. Always a performer, his taste is known to please the crowd from morning raves to more mainstream clubnights. Combining styles from progressive to melodic, uplifting trance, he turns any set into a perfect blend of quality tunes, never forgetting to tease the audience with a handful of classics.

He began his DJing career by attending and finally playing and organizing underground raves in famous groups such as Theta. From the beginning of the 90's he has being sporting free parties everywhere in southern Finland. He also initiated the Sunday Chill- concept, those being the first Sunday clubs in Finland running from midday until the evening. His ambition is to find new, untouched venues and find new methods to please his ever-growing audience.

His past gig list consists most of the huge parties and clubs in Finland, such as Hallmark, Labyrinth, Labyrinth Summer Sound System, Illusions, Pacifique and Laserpoint. Hallmark's famous afterparties were his first big success, and as a resident DJ at his club he went on to form another concepts such as Zero500, parties starting at 5am at various locations almost every weekend.

He has been playing alongside the biggest DJs and producers in Finland, such as Orkidea, Miika Kuisma, Tab, Proteus, Super8, Cosmicman, Darude and many others. From the International stars he has playd with Andy Moor, Yves De Ruiter, Fred Baker, Jochen Miller, Jonas Steur, Menno De Jong and Mark Spoon (RIP).

Residencies at Illusions Productions, Sunrise and I Love Kiksu are recently being followed by the ultimate clubbing experience, Hallmark. The Club's main objective is to bring like-minded clubbers even closer together, refining the styles and the sounds to meet the needs of even the most demanding crowd.
