Swedish export, NiiNA is traveling the world; Asia, Australia, Europe, the Middle East and has played at too many clubs and events to mention in the one write-up!

Weaving effortlessly through dance music genres, soulful house, deep house, tech house, techno, leftfield breaks and nu-disco, NiiNA has the crowd on her side through a combination of technical ability, passion for music and sublime sense of taste.

For the past 15 years, self-made Scandinavian DJ, NiiNA has called Bali home and uses it as a hub to travel and play across the globe. A passionate music lover without formal music education, was voted best DJ 2009 by The Yak magazine. It’s easy to see why NiiNA has been described as the “stately queen of progressive house”, “one of the legendary international DJ’s of Bali” and “queen of deep”.
A DJ capable of playing to a vast array of venues and demographics, NiiNA has performed in Bali’s and South East Asia’s premier clubs and events. Further afield, NiiNA has staged her skills across Europe, India, Australia and beyond. When in Europe, NiiNA has a guest residency at Electric Monday in Berlin and Haven in Thessaloniki.

The southern spring-summer of 2015 she appeared at Kyo Singapore, S.A.S.H Sundays Sydney, Club 23 at Crown Casino, and My Aeon Melbourne, Cafe Del Mar Sydney, Geisha and The Factory Perth, Nagaba and Aristo@ZOUK and Casbah in Kuala Lumpur, Jenja Bali, Electric Monday Berlin, Slakthustaket and Imperiet Stockholm amongst many. 2016 is once again taking her for a journey from Auckland to Stockholm and between. A new collaboration as Wunderkinds, a double act with DJ Pyrope / Belgium, will see a day light on May 2016 on the Island of Gods, Bali.

NiiNA also infiltrates radio airwaves with segments such as LIVE @DeepHouse Australia broadcast Sydney, LIVE@KISS FM Melbourne, FORWARD Berlin, BALANCE.fm Croatia, FRISKY, Midnight Express Mexico and finally KUDETA radio.

Her position as Music Curator and DJ for live performances for Bali Fashion Week Fashion Shows and after parties 2014 demonstrates her ability to adapt from the underground to the other musical project challenges. She has also recently co-operated with POSITIVE & NEGATIVE art gallery in Bali curating their exhibition audio. NiiNA is versatile and enjoys collaborating with a variety of sound requirements.
NiiNA has shared her own unmistakable sound / venues with likes as Rasmus Faber, Sebastien Leger, Pete Tong, Paul Oakenfold, Olivier Schories, Derrick Carter, Jeff Mills, Derrick May, Armand Van Helden, Nightmares on Wax, LTJ Bukem, Sasha, Miss Nine, MR V, Oxia, Monte, John Digweed, Dave Seaman, Nakadia, and Blondish to name a few.
NiiNA has expanded her musical repertoire far beyond the first sounds she played when she arrived in Asia from Europe in 2002. Her first residency as international talent was at the infamous Double Six nightclub in Bali, claiming it as her own from the first appearance. NiiNA has held residency at the iconic Ku De Ta, Bali since 2004, showing her ability to keep not only the underground, but also the high-end lifestyle venues on her side. This dedication has enabled a rising global reputation.

With her international acclaim, top-flight residencies, consistent performances, and captivated audiences, it is not hard to see why NiiNA is a very popular artist to book. With a huge portion of raw talent, fearless mixing, and her incredible energy, NiiNA is amazing artist.
