Synikall, described as having the angst and energy of early Beastie Boys by BBC Introducing and as a 'true-school' rapper and UKHH.com, is from the humble beginnings of Birmingham and started his career in music as a DJ in Ayia Napa.

After returning to the UK, he began making his own music and networking in the local hip hop scene, quickly gaining attention and sharing stages with both Professor Green and Labrinth amongst others.

These successes were recognised by Black Hole Recordings, owned by world famous DJ Tiesto, who signed Synikall to release a hip hop/house mash-up EP in 2013. The EP caught the attention of Old Skool breakbeat legends The Freestylers who quickly contacted him to feature on their album 'The Coming Storm'.

After the lack of control over his own music with Black Hole, Synikall was motivated to start his own record label with his long-time hype man NT which they named Melee Recording Group. Since it's inception, Synikall started working on his next project, The Grandeur Trilogy.

He recruited the likes of The Freestylers, Jagged Hedz and Trademark Blud to feature on the 1st edition of 3, Evolution Of Grandeur EP and the first single, Who Got The Buzz, reached #11 in the Official UK Club Charts in April 2016.

The EP itself was released 4th November 2016 for free download alongside the single 'Illusions Of Grandeur' feat. Trademark Blud which has been very well received, featuring on many blogs and radio shows.

Synikall is currently working on the 2nd EP in the Grandeur Trilogy and expanding his record label with some excellent signings in the pipeline. Keep a close eye on him in 2017 as he will not disappoint.
