LIGHT BLUE MOVERS BIO Deron Johnson Keyboardist/Composer Hails from Los Angeles, California. Early in his career, Deron toured with legendary trumpeter, Miles Davis. Deron was the last keyboardist working with Davis in '90-'91 before his death. He appears on the posthumous release "Doo Bop" and several live records with the trumpeter. Deron went on to work with: Stanley Clarke, David Sanborn, Robben Ford, Jeff Beck, Stewart Copeland, Dave Douglas, Stevie Wonder, Boz Scaggs, Michael Mcdonald, Brian Mcknight, Mya, Nikka Costa, Alanis Morissette, Carly Simon, Seal, Macy Gray, Larry Carlton, Billy Cobham, Talib Kweli, Taylor Hicks, Don Alias , Alexi Murdoch, Crissie Hynde, Chick Corea, Herbie Hancock, Marcus Miller and Kenny Garrett. Deron has released one solo album, "Learning To Crawl". He is now heavily involved in composing for film and television. Adrian Harpham Producer/Drummer/Composer Adrian grew up in Philadelphia and currently lives in New York City. Adrian is an in-demand session drummer, who continues to share the stage and studio with a wide range of artists, including: Leo Nocentelli (the Meters), Dr.John, Raphael Saadiq/Lucy Pearl, Chromeo, Tre Hardson (The Pharcyde), Amel Larrieux/Groove Theory, Henry Butler, Butler/Bernstein and the Hot 9, Bernie Worrell, Oz Noy, Donald Harrison, Fred Wesley/Pee Wee Ellis, Thalia, Doug Wamble, Charlie Hunter, Imani Coppolla, Brazilian Girls, Coolio, Tom Scott, Julian Coryell, Global Noize (DJ Logic/Jason Miles), The Screaming Headless Torsos, Ruben Wilson, Melvin Sparks. He has also written and produced 2 solo albums in addition to his work producing many other artists including Monty Alexander, Leyeux, Little Jackie/Imani Coppola, Ben Seawell and Erwan (Air One). Gabriel Gordon Guitarist/Vocalist/Composer Originally from Santa Cruz and based in New York, Gordon released 5 solo albums. He has performed and/or recorded with: Meshell N'dgeOcello, Natalie Merchant, Laurie Anderson, Andrew Roachford, Leona Naess, Idina Menzel, Nena, Lokua Kanza, Brazilian Girls, T Bone Burnett, Ron St. Germain, Clark Gayton, Jim Scott, Soup Dragons, Sly Dunbar, Omar, Wax Poetic, Lamont Dozier, Garland Jeffreys, Heather Christian, and David Barratt. He continues to tour and record with Natalie Merchant and is also currently finishing his 6th solo album that will be released next year. Jonathan Levy Bassist/Composer Jonathan is an Israeli musician born to parents of German and Moroccan origin. His musical career began at age eighteen, when he was chosen to play bass with Israel’s leading singer-song writer Yudit Ravitz. He became a sought-after session musician who recorded over a hundred records and toured with Israel’s top artists both in Israel and worldwide. In 2001 Jonathan joined the band, Izabo and made 3 albums ( Sony/BMG) released in Europe- followed by extensive touring worldwide. Before moving to NYC In 2011, Levy worked with many top Israeli artists as a record producer and songwriter. Since his arrival in the sates, he has worked with: Jojo Mayer, Blits the Ambassador, Jason Linder, Mika Harry, David Broza, Steve Earl, Shai Maestro, Ari Hoenig, Beats in The Attic and Daniel Koren.
