We Came as Romans

these guys were support for The Amity Affliction in Melbourne. I went to the show to see Romans and Ice Nine Kills. I love this band and they kicked up the vibe in the stadium and played liek bandits ❤️ - they didn't have any pyro or elaborate stage production but it wasn't required! I'm sure this band will become more mainstream in the metal world and they played my favourite song! thanks for coming to Australia guys! you rocked!

Emmure killed it as always. Got to meet Zach and TJ. Both were awesome af. Hopefully one day get to meet and kick it with Frankie. Wish the line didn't take so long to get in. we missed the first 2 bands because of this, but came for Emmure. We came as Roman's were good too. ST LOUIS THANKS FOR A BADASS NIGHT. Emmure come back sooner rather than later.

We Came as Romans are seriously absolute living legends serving the metal community. As the crowd was getting rowdy, Dave and the rest of the band brought 2 fans that were bound to wheelchairs, to have a better view. Both fans were there side by side with the band members as they preformed for almost their entire set. Just a drop in the bucket compared to how great this band is to their fans by ensuring each and ever person has the best experience possible.

WCAR rocks! They are terrific live and even with Kyle Pavonne gone, they are still a solid band. I don’t go to concerts as much anymore but these guys reinvigorated my interest in it. Varsity is also a great venue, very intimate and personal. I had a great time.

Great time! The Canal Club is probably the best small-venue I've been to with clean restrooms, quick entry, and super nice staff. It is very small so if you want to bring kids, be aware it's loud with no real options to get away from the speakers. For the bands, they all performed well. Brand of Sacrifice had the heaviest set of the three though the crowds loved Erra & We Came As Romans more. WCAR performed for an hour and even played Darkbloom which features Brand of Sacrifice who actually came on stage as well!

Fantastic show! Long time fan, first time seeing WCAR live. If you like the album, see them live, their message and music is much more powerful in person! The crowd was awesome, great friendly aggressive pit. The venue (= The Shelter) is killer, much nicer than back in the day. All around exceptional value for price of the ticket!

One of the most intimate and emotional shows I've ever been to. They laid their hearts out for all to see and left all us hometown fans feeling closer than ever before. Through all the processes of grief, to the recovery of healing and growth. I made new friends from around the states, even as far as Des Moines, Iowa. Though we may not all agree in life view, we are all family. Amazing fan base.

Great show all bands were good and I’m glad I got to see we came as Roman’s twice in Nebraska. Hope they come back soon!!! I got to meet three of the band’s members at there merchandise table and wish I would of got pic but i chatted with them and they were really down to earth guys

Anybody who came in late or was standing in the merch line missed a performance that is headliner worthy. Vocals were fire, drums were banging and between guitar and the bassist (vocals too) becoming a human beyblade on stage … this was our surprise band of the year. Perfect sound, perfect tempo and crowd interaction, we will be looking to see the again!!

One of my favorite bands and I didn't get a chance to even attend the show. After winning two free tickets I discovered that I'm such a fucking loser with no friends that I couldn't even find someone to go with. And the people that were going to go bailed on me the last minute.. thanks for the opportunity though..

I took my 7 year old daughter as her first metal show, she loved it. I sold it to her because of the pop goes punk covers, and even though our last night wasn't there and none of those covers were played she loved it. Showbox staff was awesome and very helpful at the fact I had my daughter there without me asking for help, 5 stars for them as well, give them a raise.

The opening bands were good, they did a nice job of setting the tone. WCAR was phenomenal. The energy in the room from them and in Dave's face while he sang was incredible. Wonderful performance boys. What a beautiful way to honor his death. It was bittersweet seeing them live again, but it was a fantastic way to show support as a fan. I cannot begin to say the amount of respect I have for the five of you, pushing through and killing every show. You're all amazing.

Holy Shit !!!... definitely should have known better than to stand front rail and center 😅have seen these guys sooooo many times all over the US... they always bring my the shit in my home state of Jersey ...crowd & pit are INSANE !!!... if you want to actually see the band and not continually pass the surfers ? -I suggest not standing front and center = a nonstop flow of surfers...and these guys deserve every ounce of energy they get for they hand it out sooooo very hard and heavy - they deserve it back !!!👊🏼🤘🏼♥️and I love every single sweaty ounce of energy !!!

So sad about Kyle but the band did an amazing job considering the circumstances. I was happy to see them. I do wish they played a larger variety of their songs. I've seen them 3 times in the last year and I've been waiting to hear some songs they haven't played yet. So I keep going to see if they change it up.

Awesome performance, great energy. My only regret is that, despite being told the doors opened at 6, even with early entry tickets we weren't allowed to enter until 6:15. Considering that it was 30 degrees outside (I checked, this is not an exaggeration or a guess) and I had shown up early because I was coming from two hours away, this was quite frustrating, and I hope the venue is more prepared in the future. Otherwise, the show was fantastic!

overall the show was great, the security was alot stricter on what I could bring into the venue like they wouldn't let me bring in the draw string bag that I received during the vip session or my gopro camera into the venue but aside from that the show was great

It was my first concert and definitely won't be my last. It was insanely fun, I yelled the lyrics to all of the WCAR songs, and it was nice to see some new bands that I had never heard before, like Sworn In. My high expectations were met 👍

Missed Dangerkids. The Color Morale was not good live. I am now a new fan of C!NCC!, they're great live. Silverstein was good. We Came As Romans has a good live show, but I was very disappointed to see that ALL of the screaming parts were lip synced. (I had never seen any of these bands live prior to this show, but own albums from all)

Been to nearly a dozen shows this entire year and I must hands down admit the Tracing Back Roots Tour with We Came As Romans was ABSOLUTELY, POSITIVITY the best show of the year hands down!! With my first sighting of The Color Morale and Dangerkids, I surely had an evergrowing smile on my face from start to finish of the show! Completely thunderous awe-amazing night!
