About Deejay SvB

Hanging in the world of Dj's for quite some years now things gets a little bit more serious for Dj SvB. 2012 was not a total break-through but things are going very well. As in November 2010, where SvB was discovered by Dj Fat Bass (now resident of the well-known Noizy Boys) at Club des Halles, this time the contest was taking place in the You Night Club (famous club in Brussels where dj’s like Avicii, Hardwell and other EDM peakers already played). Not only it was an honour to play there but things really got serious when SvB heard he was attended to play a second time with a spot in the final round ! But as in 2010 he ended up second, although showing a lot of people what his ambitions were and which qualities SvB possesses.

Something that got some kind of dimension in 2012 too were SvB’s productions. With likes of big dj’s and support of many blogs « Bounce That Jetstream (SvB's Bootleg) » was very well received by the audience. It even got support from Les Mecs themselves and Dennis Cartier (famous dj’s in Belgium). Also « Rock Steady (SvB’s edit) » got likes from Joeysuki (famous producer of Holland).

Other 2012 peaks were the times I played at the VUB and for my student club ‘Solvay’, with TD’s like Erotica TD (more than 1300 people) and Eindejaarstd (more than 2000 people). There were also some proms in 2012 for schools like ‘la VF’, the European School of Mol and my own student club Solvay. With some big venues and in places like ‘Steelgate’, ‘Bocadero’ (Antwerp) and ‘Koloniënpaleis.’

2013 started with a blast, the Facebook page of ‘Deejay SvB’ exploded reaching more than 1300 likes after his long-awaited bootleg pack was finally released and featured on the famous EDM site “bacauhousemafia.ro.”

In a little time some major things became clear, many gigs were waiting for SvB in 2013 and some collabs too. He was asked to produce a bootleg with very known Dj’s from Miami (USA) called A & G. Also a radio station From Poland asked SvB to broadcast his podcasts on monthly basis, which will also be available on his soundcloud. So a radio show is coming for SvB too, who already played on Party Fun (Fun radio) with the likes of Olivier Gosseries (Noizy Boys).

And 2013 was a success, SvB had the chance to play at Carré (very famous club in Belgium with venues of artists like Fatman Scoop, Bob Sinclar and many more), Culture Club (very good Club in Ghent with venues like Gessafelstein, Kölsch,…) and many nights at the mighty college rules of the You Night Club. Unfortunately, during the summer till the beginning of 2014 SvB had to pause the Dj side of his life a bit for the studies. But he’s completely back now and productions are in the make too. Collabs with Axxis, Henri Pfr (Armada Music),… are waiting ! So people stay tuned cause there’s about to happen a lot.

« By playing more and more Dj SvB understands why Dj's are so passionated of this music full of love and happiness.
The only thing he wants is to share this love with you ! »
