The Freemans

Haven't see The Freemans in probably a decade! I just haven't seen them anywhere around about that long, at least close to Nashville. I don't understand why they aren't one of the top names as they are still great. I think they are one of the most underrated groups in SG music. Anyway, it was a great concert, even better than I imagined. Loved hearing a great mix of old and new songs. They are still top notch singers. Loved hearing Darrell and Misty talk and it was truly wonderful Chris talked how she came to sing for the Hinsons. Kind of funny, but I think the Young Hinsons and Chris Golden are following us around as they were here after we saw them Friday at the Perrys in White House..ha ha ha. But it was great to see them support The Freemans, not just presence but getting onstage at the end in a big sing along. As for the venue, it's a smaller venue but it's nice and it seemed to be pretty full. They have monthly singings they said and I recommend it as a good place to hear music, with very nice and friendly people. I hope to see The Freemans again soon in Van Leer, and I sure hope they do well in the future as they are a top notch group with 4 great singers and musicians. I highly recommend them.
