DJ Yellow

Alain Ho (aka DJ YELLOW), has been working as a dj since the beginning of the 80's. Since 1985 he has been mixing at the some of the most famous clubs throughout Paris. Being famous in the Parisian club scene as the hip-hop dj wasn't enough for DJ YELLOW. Gaining a better knowledge and understanding of the music business, he and Bob Sinclar formed in 93 the label « Yellow Productions ». Beginning solely as an underground label, DJ YELLOW began to receive major recognition for his sound. This reputation turned « Yellow Productions »into one of the most successful and respected labels in Europe. He would later sign producers such as Dimitri From Paris, Kid Loco, Mighty Bob, Bang-Bang, Shazz, Joe Claussel, Bob Sinclar, Blaze, Julius Papp, Romatt to the label. He also has licences with Masters At Work and many other well respected producers of the world. DJ YELLOW assisted Bob Sinclar with his «Paradise Project» which with its funky 70's disco style, immediately became a big success on the dancefloors throughout the world. This album included the smash hit «Gym Tonic ».

Also to his credit, before he started his own label let's not forget the beautiful projects of « Bossa Trés Jazz » and « Africanism »

In 2003 DJ YELLOW started a new journey with his new label call POUSSEZ! MUSIC, where he will release productions of famous producers from arround the world having the same view as POUSSEZÂ !, such like King Britt, The Next Evidence, Kenny larkin, and Soha

As a producer DJ YELLOW will release on POUSSEZ! his own music, which is a mixture of past and present vibes in between jazz and tech.

2006 will be the year of his ALIENATION project, a serie of 12 inches, mostly techno with the participation of Josh Wink, GSK and King Britt.

And finnaly for the so expected and all ready aclaimed track « GODDESS DJ » Yellow joined Josh Wink's Ovum family and he's planning another release on Ovum for the mid year of 2006.
