They did a genre switch which was pleasantly surprising! A peak musical experience to be sure, I showed up expecting southern gothic metal and was part of a spiritual journey - holding space for artists to heal and move forward with their creative endeavors. Truly glorious, I did a painting about it.

It was really great to see Oceans of Slumber live finally. Even without all of their members, the band sounded amazing. My only regret, is that they didn't play a longer set.
I've never heard of SOEN before, but I'm glad I stayed to watch them. They were a nice mixture of heavy and melodic. And you could definitely tell that they have a loyal fan base.
The venue was intimate, but not claustrophobic. For such a small venue, the sound was actually pretty good. And the few people I talked to that worked there were pretty cool. I would definitely go back.

Oceans of Slumber is a fantastic band. They sound amazing live. I was impressed with how Cammie can basically sound like in the record! Love this band.
