Re-lived every Sunday of my childhood for 2 hours listening to Kris and The Strangers. It was awesome to hear them play a couple songs from Merle Haggard. Would have loved to hear some stories from Kris, but I am not complaining at all. The show was great!!!

Really enjoyed seeing Kris perform. Loved the variety of songs. Glad I did not miss this concert. Celebrity Theatre is great place to attend a concert.

Brilliant, beautiful, moving night of great music, poetic lyrics, good humor and palpable camaraderie between the artist, his band of amazing musicians (sons of Willie Nelson and Merl Haggard’s included) and the audience. Surprised appearance by Tanya Tucker, Dennis Quaid and Marilyn Manson on stage. Nobody wanted for the night to end.

What can I say. Kris is a legend. His voice has suffered with the years but his charisma still exudes. His poetry rivals or surpasses that of Leonard Cohen. The decision to have “The Strangers” back him was genius and their tributes to Merle brought a tear to my eye.

To be in the presence of a music legend and my very fave performer was fantastic! Thank you Augusta and the Miller Theater for bringing Kris Kristofferson!

A very enjoyable concert! Kristofferson performed his best known songs and it was obvious that he was enjoying doing it. It was great seeing him back on the stage!
This venue was very nice, also. It was very comfortable and clean.

Kris sounds great and his songs are very poetic. The venue was ok and the crowd was ok. Maybe a standing room setting like the Filmore might have been more intimate and given off more energy.

I was proud to be a part of showing Kris the appreciation, admiration, respect...we showed we love him and he felt it. With numerous standing ovations and non stop applause you could see the joy in his eyes. - Thank you Kris for sharing your words, your music, your life with us. Now that you know us, come see us again sometime.

His fingers and his mind might be getting old... but he is, for sure, a true legend. One man, a guitar and me. That's how it felt. like there was no one else around us. An old man, telling stories, that might as well had been about me. Beautiful. Nothing less.

Probably the best I've seen from Kris in terms of his personal performance. The support was just three songs from his daughter and presumably her boyfriend. They weren't bad, especially a song she co-wrote with Kris. Kris came on a 8:30, and played solidly through to 10:00, including some brilliant duets with his daughter and a few songs with a German Rockabilly band. At 79, Kris seemed more comfortable with himself than ever before, I think acknowledging his memory issues recently helped a lot, he had a music stand up beside him to refer to when a lyric slipped his mind. I listen to Kris a lot, but it's only when you see him live you realise just how many great songs he has written, with so many behind us and the hour mark you thought what else is left, yet he was still able to pull out the bag Sunday Morning Coming Down, For The Good Times, Duvalier, Caseys Last Ride and Help Me Make it Through the Night in amongst many others. The Queens Hall was perfect for him, superb sound quality with his voice and guitar clear throughout the venue, even in the back row. The audience was great in the most part, attentive listeners, silent throughout the songs unless singing along. A few failed attempts at clapping along, which Kris just laughed at saying "I don't blame you not managing to clap along". Several standing ovations.

Was not a fan of John Trundell and Bad Dog. felt like unadvertised brain washing for a benefit that was also unadvertised initially. glad to finally see kristofferson, 4 cords and all. could have been better, but I understood going in that its not 1978 anymore.

Kris was great ... The master and his guitar ... How it used to be, how it should be and how it was. The few songs with his daughter Kelly was a nice inclusion and meeting him backstage was a bucket list event.
