Shorefire

In late 2009, this group transformed from an acoustic trio known as The Homewreckers to the electric act Shorefire. Shortly thereafter, they were playing shows throughout SW Virginia and supporting nationally touring acts.

Shorefire’s sound is a fresh blend of original surf-reggae, funk and rock music. They maintain radio-friendly hooks and always move their audience to their feet. As they expand their crowd and fan-base they hope you will join them.

Shorefire has shared the stage with:
Toubab Krewe, The B Foundation, The Mike Pinto Band, Giant Panda Guerilla Dub Squad, Badfish, Rubblebucket, Three Legged Fox, Ballyhoo, Sister Sparrow & The Dirty Birds, and many others.

They are part of a wider family of groups hailing from Southwest VA including:
Relacksachian, Half Moon, and The Lazy Man Dub Band. They encourage you to check out each one these groups.
