Nyarayi, (her name means ‘one who is shy’), has brought her Soul & R&B style influenced by Southern African Soul – to the UK. Nya has been singing on the UK scene providing back-up vocals for ‘Precious Wilson’, ‘Heatwave’, and having featured appearances on the same bill as 60’s & 70’s Legends, ‘The Tremoloes’, ‘The Searchers’, 'Brotherhood of Man' and as Lead Vocalist with the ‘3 Ronnettes’. Nya currently tours the UK performing all over the country as a solo artist and with various groups of talented musicians and singers. She performs covers from the 1960's to now. This is to pay the bills whilst working on future album material.
