Bad Bad Hats

It was a fantastic show. The band was excellent. The host was wonderfully hospitable, and the sound was phenomenal. I cannot say enough about how beautifully the band interacted with the audience. A great night!

What a venue. What a show. Imposters Theater was perfect for a living room show like this one, and the Bad Bad Hats were just terrific. It was just Kerry and Chris, and they vibe so well together. I love how their music is equally as powerful whether it's built out into a whole band event or if it's just two guitars and two small amps in a space that fits 50 people. Chris's guitar was so dialed in - it was liquid honey. Just gorgeous. And Kerry's voice was dead-on to the recordings. They played between 15 and 20 songs and added two awesome Q and A sessions. They brought the lights up and we got to chat with them about everything from local food in Cleveland (including their admission that they had probably had too much dairy that day!) to where they get their inspiration for their songs. It was like having two good friends over to your house to perform for the evening. Honestly, and this means a lot coming from me because I am OLD, this was one of the highlights of my concert-going career. I was fortunate enough to be in the front row, so my wife and I were like 5 feet from the stage. No joke. That's not hyperbole. We were LEGIT like reach-out-and-touch-it close to the stage. But even if you were allllll the way in the back row, you were 15 feet away. This concert has ruined me...spoiled me forever. If I can't see future shows just like I saw this one, I don't even wanna go. Thank you, Imposters, and thank you, Kerry and Chris! We had a WONDERFUL time!

This was the second time I saw them at this venue. My wife and I both really enjoyed it! Great mix of new songs with ones from the first three albums.

Despite the terrible weather, Bad Bad Hats put on a fun indie rock show for the people of Iowa City!

Definitely going to see this band again. Bought the CD after the show - then 2 others from website. Awesome music. Just a warm up gig for Michelle Branch this night but I was impressed. Need to see them play longer …

One of my favorite concerts that I've been to! Kerry is hilarious and I absolutely love the lil backstories and scene setting she does! Their performance was amazing! The Ophelias were fantastic! They're going on the playlist, definitely check them out! We'll have your coffee and eggs made just the way you like ready for next time y'all come to Seattle.

So much growth in this band since the last time they played in Sacramento pre-COVID. Kerry commanded the stage, Chris locked it down, and Con is the hardest working drummer making it look like he's chillin on a beach with a groove. Kerry filled the guitar role smashingly. This is a band right now that you find, and the world will soon figure out a way to stick them in your ears without looking.

Exceeded expectations! Great sound, food and drink. And cannot be more happy to finally see Bad Bad Hats live. Cumulus was such a bonus! And friends showed up! Awesome night! #badbadhats

Openers were great (check out "Molly" by Ratboys), BBH were great as well. Kerry Alexander has great onstage banter between songs, and the songs sound great live!

Kerry and the boys rocked Orlando last night! This is truly one of the most under rated bands in the indy world. How they haven't exploded onto alt radio and headline shows to throngs of adoring fans, I will never figure out. Amazing song writing and expert musicianship synced so perfect with Kerry Alexander's sweet and seemingly innocent sounding voice is a marvel to see live. They are so immediately likeable with Alexander's quirky yet charming stage presence. I don't know how anyone cannot see this show and not instantly become a fan. Come back to Florida soon you crazy kids! We will miss you!

5 star, first time enjoying the opening act with the band right next to us (yeah I noticed and I wasnt weird about it) and enjoying the headliners with the opening act standing in front of us (again not weird just pretty cool) thank you for making my first time at kilby something special and amazing

This was the fourth show I have been to and the best to date. They were amazing. And we sound a new band we enjoyed with Superior Siren.

Just wow, probably the friendliest band I’ve ever seen preform. Music was incredible and enhanced by their lovely personalities

2nd time seeing them this year. Can't wait for the next one. Kerry funny as always!
