Keith Eric

A Brooklyn born, New Jersey native with a passion for storyteller lyrics, tight harmonies, and soulful vocals, Keith has been compared to one of his idols, Don Henley, for his raspy yet rich voice.

With aspirations of creating an updated and modern sound based on powerful and refreshing harmonies, Keith reveres current bands like Midland, while drawing ideas and inspiration from their predecessors the Eagles, CSNY and Alabama.

In 2015, as the front-man and co-founder of The Southern Post Band, he released his first four-song EP, self-titled Southern Post Band. Having co-written the two singles from the EP, “The Fiddler” and “Drinking Your Memory Away”, his songs caught the eye of some of the Nashville-based playlist curators and saw significant streams.

After opening for local New York City country music acts and teaming up with recording artists from Nashville, TN and Newport, RI, Keith has found his talents being featured in many singer-songwriter circles, most notably Country Fest Newport.

You can find Keith performing solo around the greater northeast area, as well as with his band “Copperline Shine”.
