Bloom make alternative, life-affirming wizard pop using experiments with natural and augmented vocal harmonies, syncopation and synthesisers. They are, quite simply, gorgeous, feel-good, upbeat, perfect pop!

Undefinable, loose, post-punk/world influenced music.
‘Their gigs are a feast of dark rhythms dug up from cemeteries where there was no good digging in the first place.’

Gift Horse
Two piece billed as a duo of big drums and dirty guitar with a sprinkle of psych glitter. Expect fat sexy chords, layers of looped female harmonies, thrilling drums and oddball interjections from the heir to Ivor Cutler's crown.

Intelligent lyrical pop from one of Glasgow's most distinctive voices, Peter Cat is a master of the songwriting craft, assuming personas and writing seemingly-throwaway pop lyrics which through repeated listening reveal themselves to be so much more. Touching on everything from jilted, bitter love to the struggles of burgeoning sexuality, sleep paralysis to ASMR, Peter Cat's angular baroque-pop is reminiscent of early Pulp, The Divine Comedy, and Scott Walker at his finest.
