The Mint, established in 1937, is a local landmark. Many music greats have not only played here, but broke here. Stevie Wonder, Willie Dixon, Natalie Cole, Ray Charles and more have graced our seasoned stage. More recent prominent artists include Ben Harper, Macy Gray, and The Wallflowers. Although live music is what we are known for, many people come to the Mint to simply socialize and enjoy our tapas style cuisine and drinks. We offer a full bar, including beer on tap and a great wine list to suit any palate and budget. Our kitchen is usually open until midnight. You’ll also be delighted to find a lack of traffic and free street parking. Valet parking is also available. PARKING OPTIONS: 1) VALET: $5 / in front of The MINT 2) Park on Pico Boulevard or Crescent Heights at any of the parking meters. You can also park for free in the neighborhood on Stearns St. which is south of (behind) The MINT. Please do not park in the small lot behind the club, that is used for musician load in/load out only. 3) The meters on both sides of Pico Blvd are coin operated and cost $1 per hour, free after 6pm . The black meters are 1-hour limit; the green meters in front of the club are 15 minute limit. !~! Do Not park under CVS or in the small lot at LA's Best Burger; you will get towed by the city.
