Sadhu Vaswani Mission (SVM) in India is celebrating Rev. Dada J.P. Vaswanis centenary year celebrations through many events & Sewa Activities across India. The SVM is a humanitarian organization dedicated to serve the underprivileged families through its over 40 centres spread across India and Abroad. The SVMs ideals are to serve through compassion, selfless service and brotherhood towards all creation. SVM encourages vegetarianism as way of life.Dada J P Vaswani, who turns 100 on 2nd Aug 2018, is universally acclaimed as a humanitarian, philosopher, educator, acclaimed writer, powerful orator, messiah of ahimsa, and non-sectarian spiritual leader. In the eyes of many, Dada J.P. Vaswani is a man who symbolizes the true spirit of the India of the rishis as a harbinger of love, peace and hope.Distinguished audiences who have heard him address eminent forums like the World Parliament of Religions, the Global Forum of Spiritual Leaders, and the United Nations Millennium World Peace Summit hail him as a brilliant and captivating orator. Animal lovers revere and admire him as an apostle of non-violence who strives tirelessly for the cause of reverence for all life. The grand Mumbai event will be held on Monday, December 18, 2017 at the Dome, NSCI in Worli, Mumbai. The doors will be opened to the public from 3pm for an exhibition showcasing the beautiful life and teachings of Sadhu Vaswani and his disciple, the living saint, Rev Dada J.P. Vaswani. There will be a book stall for those who want to buy books on his teachings. People are expected to be seated inside by 5.30pm.The emcee for the evening is Boman Irani. He will introduce the talented Kailash Kher who will render some Sufi and spiritual songs. There will be a felicitation function for the VIPS and dignitaries. This will be followed with Rev. Dada J. P. Vaswani in conversation with celebrity director, compere Karan Johar. This will be a conversation from 7.45 to 8.40pm.The Dome can accommodate 5,000 people and entry will be free, with first come first serve basis for seating.This event is going to be a wonderful experience.
