A voice that leaves you speechless ~ Huey Morgan, BBC Radio 2

Widely regarded the most exciting blues, soul and roots artist to emerge in Europe for decades, Jo Harman performs in support of her critically acclaimed, and commercially successful, second studio album 'People We Become', from which the track 'When We Were Young (featuring soul superstar Michael McDonald) was BBC Radio 2 playlisted.

From blues to soul, gospel to Beatles-worthy pop, 'People We Become' is a modern album rooted in the timeless music of past generations.

Jo has had a remarkable rise to success. In 2013 she performed to over 300,000 people at Parkpop festival in the Netherlands, in 2015 she was headhunted by Amnesty International to perform at their prestigious awards alongside Joan Baez and Patti Smith, and in 2017 she made her US debut at Joe's Pub New York, the stage where Adele and Amy Winehouse made their American debuts.

Live, her soul fuelled show ranges from hard rock to intimate, heart-warming ballads and features both her own emotive songwriting as well as personal takes on well-known standards.
