Peter Vitalone Biography

Peter Vitalone has been a creative force on hundreds of records throughout his career as keyboardist, arranger and producer. He has performed and collaborated with artists spanning genres from jazz legend Les Paul to folk icon Richie Havens. He has jammed with The Band's Rick Danko and Levon Helm and has played all over the world with artists as diverse as Jimmy Buffett to Garland Jeffreys. He is also a solo artist, writing and producing original soundtracks, solo piano, ambient/electronic and classic rock albums.

When Peter was seven, his older brother turned him on to three records that would change his life: Springsteen's "Greeting from Asbury Park" (featuring David Sancious on piano and organ), Stevie Wonder's "Innervisions" and Bob Dylan's "Blood on the Tracks". Peter's latest release "one of us" is an homage to each of those records that shaped his life. It features Peter's unique voice and songwriting in a classic rock band with stellar performances from the many musicians PV has collaborated with.
