In 1996 Findlay Napier moved from his family home the banks of the River Spey to the 14th floor of the Red Road flats in Springburn. 21 years later he's released an album of covers and original songs to celebrate the city he now calls his home. This concert will feature material from the album, classic Glasgow songs and special guests. "this is a magnificent piece of work that both celebrates the city and underscores Napier as one of the finest songwriters and storytellers of the contemporary Scottish folk scene." Folk Radio UK "Glasgow is a mind map of an album that belongs in a ‘Scottish culture for tourists’ pack. Aside from all the usual streaming, downloading and retail outlets, it should have pride of place on the local interest shelves of all good bookshops." Louder than Bombs "Coming on like a Caledonian Loudon Wainwright ... A superbly crafted compilation of Songs" Acoustic Magazine
