The most French of all festivals, “XXF – Very Very French,” is in town! La Caravane Passe is a project by Toma Feterman of Soviet Suprem - which blends Soviet stereotypes with the music of the Balkans and the East - and the musician Olivier Llugany. They will be on IF Performance Hall stage on 8 December, as part of XXF Festival Ankara. Organized by Altus Arts and Culture, and supported by Institut Français Ankara; ‘XXF Festival – Very Very French’ will take place in Ankara for the second time! La Caravane Passe was born from the idea of transforming the gypsy music, expressing emotions with conventional instruments. Staying loyal to their genre, the band expanded the boundaries of their music with the flavours of rock, hip-hop, reggae, tarantella and Balkan tango. La Caravane Passe performed at many important venues, including the famous Cabaret Sauvage in Paris, Elysee Montmartre, Bataclan, and New Morning, featuring many stars like Fanfare Ciocarlia, Taraf de Haidouk, Rona Hartner, Kocani Orkestar, O’dijla, Boban Markovic, Bratsch, Slonovski Bal, and Goran Bregovic
