Monday Dec 4, 2017 Doors: 8:00 PM Show: 9:00 PM All Ages $26 Q: When are you open? When do you close? A: You can view a full calendar of events here as each night varies. Most nights our doors open between 7-8pm, and the music ends between 11pm-12midnight. If you have questions or are trying to reclaim lost goods, come by then! We’ll gladly help you find IDs, credit cards, and marbles, if these are things you have lost. Q: Where can I park? A: There are several options for parking nearby. There is a valet lot between our venue and The Rainbow Room for $7-10, a garage directly across the street from the venue for $5-7, and a few other options up and down the Sunset Strip for $5-15. All street parking is metered 24 hours a day – please be sure to read the restrictions before you leave your vehicle. Q: My ticket said 8pm but the band I want to see is going on at 10pm. This sucks. Why? A: The time on your ticket is actually the door time. Set times are generally sent out via Twitter and Facebook the afternoon of the show. You probably should just assume that no band is going on right at doors. Box office will have all confirmed set times available when you arrive at the venue. All times are subject to change. Q: Is there a dress code? A: As long as you have clothes and shoes on, we’re good. Please no backpacks or wallet chains and if you can avoid sandals/flip flops we’d appreciate it. Q: Do you allow in’s and out’s / re-entry? A: Once you enter the venue, you will not be allowed back in if you leave for any reason. If you must smoke, there is a designated smoking section outside. Q: Do you serve food? A: Why, yes, we do. In fact here is our menu. Q: Do you guys take credit cards? A: Yes, at the bar we do but not at the box office! If you need cash, get some before you get here. Our ATM is inside the venue by the bar, so if you need money at the door you’ll have to walk to one of the two banks that are close by. Q: I know that you are all ages but can I bring a 5 year old / 10 year old / 14 year old? A: Yep. All ages are welcome as long as they have a ticket. For small children, we require parents to provide noise canceling headphones or earplugs – kids ears are still developing… good looking out, right? PS. They won’t be admitted without ear protection. Here is more information on that. Q: Can I take photos inside the venue? A: We welcome you to take as many photos as you desire, but all professional cameras (any camera with a removable lens) require a photo pass that must be approved ahead of time by the artist’s press contact and/or their management. If you do not have a photo pass approved prior to the show, we will unfortunately ask you to take your camera back to your vehicle. Q: I have a physical disability and require a place to sit for the duration of the show. What do I need to do to ensure a seat? A: Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide more information about ADA seating options. Q: If I waited in the box office line why do I need to wait in another line to get in? A: We promise we’ll get you in as fast as possible – it’s just how we do things here. Have your IDs ready at box office if you are picking up Will Call or Guest List tickets. Keep it out if you’re over 21 because we will check it again at the door and give you a drinking wristband. Q: I was turned away at the door and I’m pissed. A: We reserve the right to refuse entry anyone but we really try not to unless your behavior is a red flag as being intoxicated or aggressive. We are looking out for everyone’s safety in the room including your own. Next time, please try to keep it cool on the booze before you arrive. We only turned you away because you were too wasted for us to take you on as a liability. Sorry for the inconvenience. Q: My question is not answered here. Why is that? A: Because you are awesome & probably asking a question that is much less frequent. Email us: email@example.com TICKETING Q: Where can I purchase tickets? A: You can view all the ticket and show info on our calendar. Advance tickets are purchased through Ticketfly.com. All tickets are final sale. No refunds. No exchanges. Unless noted, all shows are general admission/standing room only. We highly recommend purchasing tickets as early as possible as many of our events sellout in advance. Q: I have tickets at will call… how do I pick them up? A: Our box office opens at door time. You’ll need to provide a valid form of ID in order to pick up your tickets. Q: I am on the guest list… how do I get my passes? A: All guests must check in at our box office. Our box office opens at door time. You’ll need to provide a valid form of ID in order to pick up your passes. Q: What are your box office hours? A: All advance tickets are available here 24 hours a day. Our box office opens on show nights at door time and closes about halfway through the headliners set. You can only purchase tickets at the box office for that night’s event, if available. We DO NOT provide tickets to future events. Box office is cash only. Q: What does G/A mean? A: G/A means General Admission. This means first come, first served standing room only. Occasionally our shows are fully seated (where noted), but 99% of the time, there are no seats available. Q: Do you guys take credit cards? A: Yes, at the bar we do but not at the box office! If you need cash, get some before you get here. Our ATM is inside the venue by the bar, so if you need money at the door you’ll have to walk to one of the two banks that are close by. Q: Are any tickets potentially available on sold out shows? A: It’s pretty infrequent that we release tickets on a show that is sold out… because generally sold out means no more tickets. Q: Can I purchase any VIP upgrades? A: VIP experiences are something we work out with each band on a show-by-show basis, and sometimes there are no VIP options available at all. In almost all cases, the VIP experience DOES NOT include a ticket so please make sure you get your ticket first! Q: I have tickets to a show but I can no longer attend… can I give them to a friend? A: Will call tickets are transferable for most shows (unless otherwise noted). For Will Call you’ll need to bring written permission from the original ticket buyer with a copy of their photo ID and credit card stating that you can pick up the tickets in their name. If you chose the Print-At-Home option, all you need to do is give your friend the printed out tickets.
