Level 1 - Jazzheadchronic + leading turntablist DJ Ali-B opening with an audio blow torch from 10pm, followed at Midnight sharp by a live set by one the best and funkiest brass band anytime, anywhere - The Old Dirty Brasstards [Live]. ODB here to ignite the stage and seriously blow the roof off the sucka, with the duo of deadly Djs re-entering the fray post band to close! And the dancefloor went BOOM!

Old Dirty Brasstards

Since forming in 2012, Old Dirty Brasstards has gained an enviable reputation for its bold and innovative approach, on a mission to introduce brass music to brand new audiences.

The tweed-clad 10-piece brass and drum collective comprises of some of London's leading freelance musicians, playing an eclectic fusion of pop, rock, hip hop, R&B, funk and soul covers that never fail to get any dance floor jumping with joy!

ODB has brought its uniquely entertaining and energetic style to several major music festivals across the UK, including Bestival, Glastonbury, Latitude and Secret Garden Party, Koko & More + we truly can't wait to welcome them back to The South london Soul Train Live Stage

Then on Level 2 - Funks gonna hit the fan and seriously move the floor as Legendary vinyl 45 Heads - Jazzcotech Warrior Perry Louis & SLST Newbie and old Skool master OneOfAKind unleash more rare funked up soul n' funk beasts on 45 direct to the seismically shifting dance floor and the whole ah you soul. Dropping it like torrential rain for daze - Dance like Thor cracking thunder. Absolutely Positively Storming!

Level 2 / Room 2 - S'all about Tru Skool Beats as your souled up, rootical audio warrior Keith Lawrence + Stu Tolhurst set out to prove that Reggae got Soul. The Duo taking to the decks for an all night mission to seriously rooticaliciously funk you upah! Expect 70’s & 80’s Soul, Funk & Disco to 90’s R n' B & Hip Hop, Reggae & Relative Grooves + a whole lot of giving it up on the floor. Warning! Keith n' Stu are a tag team wrecking ball of a crew when it comes to Djaying - so expect your soul to get deeply tenderised! 1-4 the rootical junky fo sho!

The South London Soul Train 3 Floor, 4 room Line up completed in the Rye Wax basement - Time to enter The Reach Up Disco Wonderland. Legendary DJ Andy Smith + Special guests dropping 80’s boogie, disco and proto house, evoking the spirit and dipping into the soundtrack of legendary NYC clubs such as 'Paradise Garage’ & 'Studio 54’. A night highlighting the sounds that emerged as the 70’s, turned into the 80’s and the DNA of club music as we know it today was being written.

As always, all floors will be taking all passengers on a Non-Stop Magical Mystery Tour through all things Too Damn Funky. P-Funk to Jazz Funk, Soul Jazz to Rare Groove N’ Stax, Brass, Breaks, Bop and Hop to Motown, Club Classics and Anthems.

However - Passengers are requested to check their Souls at the Station as this ones for good time party people only! No Bass Wobbles Here, Only Love, Funk and Soul.
