London-based TUPELO UNCLES take the music of 80/90s alt country legends Uncle Tupelo (plus a couple of classic Americana songs in a similar vein) and add an all-acoustic bluegrass/old-time feel. Look out for demon solos from the very talented Gary Bridgewood (fiddle), Garry "Slide Guy" Smith (National slide guitar) and Lyle Zimmerman (bouzouki and mandolin), with lead vocals/guitar from Jason Collins and double bass from Clarky.

Ahead of the launch of his album Inverse Alchemy Irish troubadour ROB CORCORAN returns to the Green Note with his trademark Heart-on-sleeve, alt-folk Americana with a Dublin accent and promises a sneak preview of some of his brand new songs as well as many of his tried and tested favourites. Rob will be joined on stage by Lyle Zimmerman and other special guests.

I implore you check him out, don't let me down, because this guy is rather special. Americana UK 9/10
From the moment he steps on stage, Corcoran perspires authenticity in that fluent way that a hundred record execs have tried and failed to manufacture. Anne Frankenstein: Jazz FM (UK)
