Chicken Wire storms the stage for the first time at Fast Times. New ownership is breathing life into Fast Times and bringing some awesome music to Clairemont. We're proud to be part of the new scene and can't wait to whip out 7 decades of rock for all to admire! Fast Times has tasty food and appetizers, a wide variety of beer, wine, and cocktails, and now, all the tunes you can safely fit in your head. Bring a friend or 5, put on your favorite bikini and recreate the Phoebe Cates pool scene, or bring your smoke-filled van and recreate the Spicoli eating pizza in class scene, because Chicken Wire is gonna kick 100% of your ass at Fast Times!!

Chicken Wire Biography
Chicken Wire hatched in 2013. Founding member and lead guitarist, Curtis Yarborough, had a vision: bring the best music to the scene and the crowd will come. He molded a 5-piece ensemble and the group took flight later that year.
2014 saw the group reshaped with a new lineup and refocused musical direction. Still centered on the best rock selections ever played, Chicken Wire began anew, stocking a revitalized play list with diverse hits from the widest range of decades of any band in San Diego.
From the 50s through the 2000s, including Jerry Lee Lewis, Beatles, Stones, Zeppelin, INXS, Pearl Jam, and White Stripes, Chicken Wire plays music for everyone. But don’t take our word for it… come to our next performance, revel in the many musical memories, and enjoy the Chicken Wire experience for yourself!
