Godfrey Daniel's presents Joziah Longo and Tink Lloyd, the creative force behind New York’s pioneers of alt-Americana, The Slambovian Circus of Dreams! In a rare duo appearance, this show offers fans the opportunity to take a peek "behind the Slambovian Curtain", experiencing the inner workings and essential music making of the band in a very intimate setting. They will be performing many never or rarely performed songs from the past and some new songs from their forthcoming album! As Joziah says: "All the music without the musicianship!"

NY’s Slambovian Circus of Dreams delivers hints of Woodstock-tinged psychedelia, southern rock, folk and storytelling with powerful live shows, elevating this quirky cousin of Americana to new heights. Voted "Best Band " in their home state of New York by Chronogram Magazine, the Slambovians' connection with audiences taps into a greater human-ness. With vocals "Soothing and bewitching as a snake oil tonic", lead singer Joziah Longo is joined by founding bandmates Tink Lloyd (accordion, cello, mandolin, flute) and the guitar-slinging skills of Sharkey McEwen. Creating a show that constantly evolves "with a little help from their friends”, the current band includes RJ McCarty (bass, keys, sax), Bob Torsello (bass), and Matthew Abourezk (drums).
The band is currently working on their 7th studio album, due out in 2026 on their label, Storm King Records.
SOUNDS LIKE: Exploring the depths of Americana one trippy tune at a time, influences and elements of Dylan, Bowie, The Band, Incredible String Band, Syd Barrett and The Waterboys flavor the musical mix.
Waterboy co-founder, Anthony Thistlethwaite is featured on the band’s latest release, “A Very Unusual Head”, considered "Their finest work to date." - Rock’n’Reel Magazine, UK.
Fans of the band include: Garth Hudson (The Band), Dar Williams, Anthony Thistlethwaite (The Waterboys), Gary Burke (Bob Dylan, Joe Jackson), Ian Anderson (Jethro Tull).
