Butch Queen returns and it's happening on a whole new level: on the stage of the rock institution, the Mohawk.

If you cut a bitch, does she not bleed?
If you contour her, does she not cast shade?
If you gag us, do we not get life?
If you learn your lip sync, will you not snatch the crown?

Eight new queens are on the scene and they seek the blood of thine enemies- one other. Butch Queen is boys performing in drag for the first time ever. Each new queen is paired with a seasoned (or well marinated) drag queen to help him learn his lip sync, get dusted, and convince the judges that she is the real Butch Queen to reign supreme.

A cash prize is awarded to the mother and daughter team.

The show is hosted by Louisianna Purchase, who was voted in 2016 in the Austin Chronicle as the town's best drag queen. She mixes old world glamour with a Satanic edge, and will be opening the show with a jaw dropping heavy metal inspired number featuring the vogue performance group House of Kenzo. Drag in Austin has rarely reached this scale.

The show was created by Louisianna and Austin queer nightlife promoter Mouthfeel. The show started from humble beginnings, and over three years has grown in popularity that it now takes on the Mohawk. This is a huge leap for the creator's and shows a sign of the times in which drag is more popular than ever and is no longer relegated to gay bars.

This is a drag queen bloodbath like no other.
