Montreal, Quebec, Canada, three-piece BIG|BRAVE plays sincere, long-form out-rock that ventures in to different directions — at times mournful and unsettling — their music plays out in to moon-bleached grunge where serene vocals crumble over scraping guitars bled of melody. Sometimes it’s the sound you don’t make. Big|Brave chooses their silences carefully, oscillating between sparse, gentle arrangements and deep swells of noise. They are patient, their crescendos tidal and graceful. Heavy drums come up against haunting vocal melodies. Moody guitar tones swirl. Slowly they recede into something more atmospheric, a quiet that hangs thick like smoke. Something important is offered in the spaces between sounds. Listen for it, feel. It waits.

Jessica Moss is best known for playing violin and singing backing vocals in the Canadian post-rock band Thee Silver Mt. Zion Memorial Orchestra & Tra-La-La Band since 2001, and is a founding member of Black Ox Orkestar.

THE DISCUSSION (feat. Laura from KYLESA)
The Discussion is the new musical endeavor by founding KYLESA member Laura Pleasants. Pleasants is the co-leader, guitar player, and vocalist for the Savannah, GA based heavy alternative rock band Kylesa who have been active for over fifteen years. She started the band with Phillip Cope while she was a student at Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) in 2001. While the artistic direction of the band twisted and turned over the years, Kylesa always remained relevant, heavy, and with a creative approach that often outreached their peers. With Kylesa, Laura has released 7 studio albums, several eps and split releases, has appeared live on NBC’s Last Call With Carson Daly, and has countless of international tours, festivals, and high profile gigs under her belt. These gigs include, but are not limited to, direct support for the popular metal band Mastodon, headlining shows in Russia, Australia, SE Asia, Japan, Canada, Mexico, the US, and all over Europe.

MPURE WILHELMINA have been creating music on the border between rock and metal for over 20 years. Founded by vocalist and guitarist Michael Schindl and his brother David on drums in 1996, the band from Geneva made a strong impact with their self-released debut album 'Afraid' (1999), which saw the Swiss being regarded on the same level with compatriots such as NOSTROMO and KNUT from the local metallic hardcore scene. During the next years, the line-up of IMPURE WILHELMINA underwent many changes, while revolving around main composer and lyricist Michael Schindl. These creative encounters allowed the band to endlessly rethink their direction and turn each of their albums into a singular piece, while keeping a unique touch, mixing intensity, heaviness, melody and melancholy.
