*Nothing* says mid-October like bad-ass outlaw country music from Sickstring Outlaws, bold rock music choices from Chicken Wire, awesome sound and stage at Navajo Live, complete with friendly bartenders and awesome drinks. Nothing, we tell you. But don't take our word for it. It's just something you need to experience for yourself. Did we mention that there's also plenty of room to dance, tons of tables (some with chairs!) to take a load off and set a spell, and not one, but *two* bands to rock your world? Well, now we did. Come down, bring your kinfolk, and take it all in!

Chicken Wire Biography
Chicken Wire hatched in 2013. Founding member and lead guitarist, Curtis Yarborough, had a vision: bring the best music to the scene and the crowd will come. He molded a 5-piece ensemble and the group took flight later that year.
2014 saw the group reshaped with a new lineup and refocused musical direction. Still centered on the best rock selections ever played, Chicken Wire began anew, stocking a revitalized play list with diverse hits from the widest range of decades of any band in San Diego.
From the 50s through the 2000s, including Jerry Lee Lewis, Beatles, Stones, Zeppelin, INXS, Pearl Jam, and White Stripes, Chicken Wire plays music for everyone. But don’t take our word for it… come to our next performance, revel in the many musical memories, and enjoy the Chicken Wire experience for yourself!
