The popular Gulf Coast communities of Kemah and Seabook will turn into a music mecca this fall when the inaugural Galveston Bay Songwriters Festival takes place Sept. 28 through Oct. 1. The four-day event will feature numerous free songwriter-in-the-round sessions at various sites, plus ticketed shows featuring nationally known headliners David Lee Murphy and Radney Foster on Saturday, Sept. 30 and Sunday, Oct. 1, respectively.
