This is a 3-day trip so please keep that in mind when taking work days off November 10th - 12th, 2017
RESORT Location: The location of our villas is kept private and is exclusive to the attendees who purchase a travel package with us. We have reserved 150 townhouses and have exclusive rights to this resort to allow people attending the festival to stay with us.  With over 1,000 satisfied attendees last year we guarantee you won't be disappointed. The location is about 25 min from Tinker Field so shuttle service is your best bet on getting to and from the festival.  Location of the resort will be emailed to you 14 days prior to the festival so you can make arrangements driving to the resort if you plan on driving. The closest airport is Orlando International airport.

FAQs
If I want to room with my friends or traveling in a group how do I get grouped into the same villa?
After each of your friends purchases a package with us you will email the rooming list to rooming@musicfestivaltrips.com. Detailed instructions on how to send in your rooming request will be found in your confirmation email after purchasing your package. 
 
Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
Must be 18+ to attend a Music Festival Trip event.
 
What are shared rooms? 
For this package, we have 2, 3 or 4 bedroom townhouses. Each townhouse will sleep 6, 8 or 10 people total. To get a whole townhouse exclusive to your group, without us having to match you up with another group, simply have a full group of 6, 8 or 10 purchase a package with us and send in each of their names in your rooming requests! Bed/room types vary depending on capacity but most 3 bedroom villas include 1 king bedroom, 1 queen room, 1 room with 2 single beds, and another queen pullout in the living area. Bed arrangements are made internally within your group of friends once you check-in. We do not assign specific room or bed arrangments. A general guideline to follow if you are paired up with another group would be Solo travelers get the single sleeping beds, 2 ladies or lead couple in the group priority for King, couples or best friends share the queen beds. Ideal groups are 6, 8 or 10 total in order to get a full townhouse exclusive to only your group, however, if you do not have a full group, it works best for us to pair you up with other attendees if you have an even number of people. We offer mixed accommodation unless alternative arrangements have been made in advance with us. We do accommodate groups if coming solo, pairs, or trios, it will all come down gender matching follow examples below:
 If you are coming as a pair of girls, we will pair you with another group of girls
 If you are coming as a couple (male/female) we will pair you with other couples (male/female)
~You must send in your rooming preferences even if you purchase your spots together~
We encourage you to make your own group based off fellow ravers who have purchased spots with us, however, if you do not have one we are more than happy to pair you up with some other wonderful people. Every year we get a ton of positive feedback about our attendees making lasting friendships and unforgettable memories with the new rave family made from their Music Festival Trips experience! We are honored to be able to facilitate you and your group with a similar experience! We are proud to say that we have yet to have any issues arise over the past 4 years with any groups not getting along!  If for any reason you do have an issue with your group after you check-in with us, let us know right away. We will do our best to switch things around to accommodate your needs and ensure your weekend is nothing short of magical!
~~All townhouses will be filled on a first come first serve basis. If you need a specific room type for your group make sure you check with us as the 8 & 10 persons will be the first to go. We cannot reserve any townhouses until we receive a full rooming list after everyone in a group has purchased a package with us. 
 
When is check-in/ check out? Most hotels do not offer check-in until 2 or 3 pm after the rooms have been cleaned and prepared for new guests you can move into the room. We, however, are not most hotels! We guarantee check-in by 10 am on Friday! To give yourself more time to get ready for the festival, arrive early so we can check you in early. If you are driving to the resort just follow the signs to find to the main resort clubhouse where we will get you your room keys and villa info. Shuttles will begin running at 12 pm for those who wish to arrive at the festival early.
Thursday Early arrival check-in is available by 2 pm. Arriving earlier? Please let us know so we can prepare to accommodate you!
 
Can you accommodate extra night stays at the resort?
Absolutely... We have a very special $50 per person option for early arrival on Thursday that includes your Thurs night resort stay, and access to our official pre-party event that will take place in a local nightclub walking distance from your unit.  We will also have an option to add on other extra nights before or after for any full groups attending the event. What are my transport/parking options getting to the event? 
We offer shuttle bus transportation to the festival! If you choose to drive to the resort we highly recommend purchasing the shuttle package to the event. This will avoid parking fees around Tinker Field and allow you to party responsibly, without anyone having to drive intoxicated.
Shuttle Times run:1pm - 5pm Every Hour (2 - 4 shuttles running) Nov 10th
1pm - 7pm Every Hour (2 - 4 shuttles running) Nov 11th
Returns at 12:30 am each night (gives you half an hour to get to the bus pick up location that will be determined when the date gets closer.

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
All resort/shuttle packages are transferable but nonrefundable.
If you can no longer make it on a trip with us and going to transfer the spot to another festival goer you will need to Email: info@musicfestivaltrips.com with your full name and order number as well as the full name and email of the person you sold your spot to.
