In the holy trinity of New Jersey rock, there's the Boss, Bon Jovi and ... Southside Johnny. Since the early '70s when Johnny and his band, the Asbury Jukes, swapped songs and members with Bruce Springsteen & the E Street Band, Southside Johnny has been a mainstay of the tight-knit Garden State scene. Over the decades, the band has received serious national recognition, too. "Rolling Stone" named their record "Hearts of Stone" one of the best albums of the '70s and '80s and their signature singles like "I Don't Want to Go Home," "The Fever" and "Talk to Me" are cult hits. After producing more than 30 albums, several EPs and a box set, Southside Johnny and the Asbury Jukes bring their classic blend of R&B, rock, soul and blistering horns to The Canyon in Agoura Hills.
