Xaemora

Xaemora is a melodic black metal band formed in November of 2012, in Alton, Illinois. Starting originally with Frank Eckhardt (Drummer) and Dreathus Harris (Vocals, Guitar) and shortly after recruiting J. Hartweger (backing vocals, guitar). On January 17th, 2013 Amanda Brooks (Keyboards) joins. On August 7th, 2013 officially released their 3 song demo simply titled "Demo 2013" through digital media and limited physical copy. On August 18th, 2013 played their first live show, opening for thrash band Havok. On April 2nd, 2014 completed the writing process on what was to become "Kingdom Venom I" EP. On November 17, 2014 officially released their first EP "Kingdom Venom I" through digital media and physical pressing. On March 3rd, 2015 officially completed band line up with the addition of Jerry Rose (backing vocals, bass). On April 8th, 2015 will be officially gearing up for their first regional tour on their way to the West Texas Death Fest. In the summer of 2015 will be writing/finishing up on their two part EP titled "Kingdom Venom II". Xaemora presents itself as an interesting take on black metal, melodic but extreme. With intense live shows filled with blazing guitars, shrieking and harsh vocals, atmospheric keyboards, dynamic bass lines, and intensive drums. Since debuting live in 2013, Xaemora has played all over the St. Louis area and has shared the stage with metal acts such as Morbid Angel, Absu, Goatwhore, Abigail Williams, Havok, Black Anvil, Black Fast, and Tyranny Enthroned to name a few and will be broadening to other regions of the United States in the following future.
