Gabriel Sordo

Gabriel Sordo a long time Mexican favourite from his hometown of Guadalajara, has been playing music for over 15 years now. Sometimes as with partners and sometimes solo, but always remaining consistent in his dance floor grooves. In his early days he was part of the trio Somnus Corp which released some amazing tracks, most notably Expo 86 which was release on Nick Warren's GU 35 Lima. During that time he played gigs all around the world but always returned to Mexico to continue producing music. In recent years he has joined his long time friend, Marco Balcazar to form the duo Balcazar & Sordo. Together they have been picked up by some of the scenes best labels like Get Physical , My Favorite Robot , Culprit , No.19 Music , Hot Waves, Leftroom, Soulfooled, Dirt Crew, Supernature , sudbeat , Hope Recorings .
