Emma Lauson Musician

Local acoustic folk rock singer-songwriter Emma Lauson has been on the London music scene since 2011 after returning from living abroad in Portugal where she wrote most of her early works including Hidden Jewel, Last Goodbye and My Head’s A Mess.

Her original songs combine honest vocals with rhythmical acoustic guitar and narrate her personal experiences such as growing up in 90s London suburbia (Sgt Peppers 2015), the importance of supporting the local community (Grassroots Music) and the rat race of city life (Bladerunner).

In August 2014 she featured in a series of music videos ‘Emma Lauson Live in London’ in which she played her original songs in the street in front of various London landmarks.

Recently she has played at several music festivals including O’Neills Carnaby Street Festival and Sunday Sound Lounge Festival in London’s alternative market, Merton Abbey Mills.

Emma is currently enjoying gigging and working on new material, which she hopes to bring to a stage near you soon!
