1) Newton is an American noise artist, from Philadelphia. His real name is Mat Rademan. Mat also runs the Breathmint record label.
2) Newton was the stage name for UK fireman turned pop singer Billy Myers (1967-). A charismatic performer with a distinctive vocal, he scored a number of club and chart hits in the 1990's.
