SYLK are an electronic duo based in Dublin. Showcasing a distorted black and white sound along with noise, harmony and visuals their tagline is Manipulation. Controversy. Distortion. SYLK are bass heavy, rhythmic, cinematic and lyrically dark. Following the release of their debut single ‘Am I Alone’, SYLK were named as the Irish Times ‘New Artist of the Week’ and described by Nialler9 as a “Cross between Massive Attack and FKA Twigs”. Following the release of SYLK's debut EP 'nwyr', they have performed in places such as Wah Wah club, Whelans, Grand Social, Body&Soul and Hard Working Class Heroes Showcase.
