Kendra Welch

There are many ways to describe Kendra Welch but her country accent spunky-but-real attitude, and her kind-heartedness are just a few traits that scratch the surface of this talented musician. She can hunt and fish with the best of them, but can write and sing as well.

Kendra was born and raised in Hazlehurst, Georgia. She lived the life of a small town southern girl but came to realize she wanted something more. She started doing shows at the age of ten and has never stopped. She has traveled to Nashville, Tennessee to perform and even lived there for a short period in 2013. Kendra has entertained in and around her home town as well. Back in 2016 Kendra had the opportunity to play at Suwannee River Jam with some other artist including Lynyrd Skynyrd, Chase Rice, and Big and Rich. She has played at a variety of places in and around Georgia and plans to continue to travel and play. In 2017 Kendra was awarded The 2017 Georgia Country Female Artist of The Year.

When Kendra talks about music and what it is like on occasions you will hear her say "Music takes time and money." She gives more time to her music than she does anything whether it's doing shows, writing songs or practicing. Kendra loves singing and putting on a show for her fans. "Fans are like family; they are always there to support me," she says. She loves all of her fans who support her and is thankful for them being there for her.
