Moosifix

Since early 2012, Moosifix has been lighting up shows with their own brand of do-what-you-want "debt metal". They started out when the brothers Corris teamed up with fellow Grande Prairie musician Kevin Biggs. Later on, their long time friend Drew Demarco was added on vocals. They've played with musical acts such as Narcotic Wasteland, Evilheart, Gorod, Bookakee, Golers, West of Hell, Into Eternity, Dark Tranquility, Insomnium, Ninjaspy, Dirtnap and Exit Strategy. The band has also played some of Alberta's many metal festivals such as Calgary Metal Fest, Farmageddon, Calgary Peace Fest, and Vernstock. In the summer of 2013, they released their self titled demo "Moosifix", featuring six bludgeoning tracks ranging in themes from the horrors of bedbugs to the psychedelic adventures of camping. Since then they've been working hard on an upcoming full length album and planning for summer tours. Calgary Debt Metal
