About The Slim Jimmies
The slim jimmies originated in North Hagerstown, MD circa 2016 as a two piece consiting of original members and high school friends Austin Peck (guitar/vocals) and Brady Hornbecker (drums). Originally being a solo project for Peck, and Hornbecker wanting to join due to having past jam chemistry and relate-able musical influences, they mutually agreed to start their own band. After a handful of shows, getting multiple positive insights from their peers, and recording the demo for their first EP with Brady Kelly of Baltimore's own "trunkweed" in September 2016, they added another high school jam buddy, Isaiah Rosser (bass), making them a three piece band.
EP1 is now available for free digitally on bandcamp
In May of 2017, tsj will go on to record their first full length. The LP demo "dead" will be available digitally on bandcamp in late spring of 2017.
