About Seas
The ocean is a fickle mistress, capable of shifting from calm tranquility to unbridled fury in the blink of an eye. And much like the sea, Seas balances the opposing poles of emotion to create something truly compelling.
Seas began as Chris Hughes' solo project, but with the addition of bandmates Peter Krpan, Erik Hughes, Michael Bolt, and Adrian Mottram, it has evolved into a five-piece powerhouse. The result is a notably wider array of influence underpinning these songs, with tinges of the likes of Quicksand, Dinosaur Jr., Mew, and Sigur Ros emerging at various points throughout.
Seas began as Chris Hughes' solo project, but with the addition of bandmates Peter Krpan, Erik Hughes, Michael Bolt, and Adrian Mottram, it has evolved into a five-piece powerhouse. The result is a notably wider array of influence underpinning these songs, with tinges of the likes of Quicksand, Dinosaur Jr., Mew, and Sigur Ros emerging at various points throughout.
